Shipping fee: Will be notified when ordering and providing us with the delivery address on the Légumes online store.
Delivery time:
- For customers in the HCM area: This time is calculated from the time you order on the website, or call the hotline until you receive the goods at your requested location. Delivery from 3 hours to 24 hours (in case of unexpected problems)
- For customers in the suburbs of HCM: We will contact you directly through the delivery information you provide to us to further negotiate the delivery time as well as shipping fees.
When delivery is affected by force majeure (natural disasters, accidents, etc.). Contact us via hotline for more solutions.
Note: A clear Vietnamese address and phone number are required for us to proceed with the order. Please ensure that the correct delivery details are provided for the order to avoid unnecessary problems during the shipping process.
In addition, urgent deliveries will be charged extra, using the special rates we have from our shipping service partners.
Orders that cannot be delivered due to the Customer not being present without prior notice (we always check with the customer before sending) will incur an additional shipping fee to attempt a second delivery.
